The B2 Durability Clause

The B2 clause is one of the few clauses that applies to all building work. (the other is the F2 Hazardous Building Materials clause). B2  Durability supports the other clauses by providing for sufficient durability in materials components and methods used to satisfy a particular code clause.

Over recent years we have developed a paper that discusses this clause and the implications of different interpretations of it..
